Order cancellations

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return for store credit in accordance with the eligibility requirements outlined above.
